Clients are entitled to: 

  • Good estimates
  • Honest, constant communication
  • A written contract
  • Immediate notification of delays, problems, and extra expenses
  • Pay only for work authorized
  • Audit hours if paying by the hour
  • Honest feedback regarding the progress of their project
