Need help with small projects and repairs?

We’ve created the HouseWright Services channel to provide our existing client base with a place to go for the small projects they often need done on their properties. We provide the skilled carpenters/handymen who perform their work knowledgeably, courteously, and cleanly at all times and when you call the Paradigm HouseWright Services Team, you will work directly with a professional Paradigm Project Artisan. Whenever possible our services for small HouseWright projects are based on both pre-estimated fixed cost prices but we will work on time and materials basis too.

The Paradigm HouseWright Services Team offers the following services to our existing clients back in Westchester & Fairfield counties and now in Connecticut’s Farmington River Valley area too. We generally like to provide you provide you with an fixed price estimate for you small projects but that isn’t alway feasible or practical so we are are also available for work on a Time & Materials basis (by the hour) too which is perfect for when you have a mix of small odd jobs and tasks to take care of. You can call for details and an over-the-phone rough “guess-timate“. The charge rate for Time & Materials work is: $105* (first hour), $80* (for each additional hour billed in ½ hour increments) and Materials are charged for at our purchase cost plus inclusive of the taxes we pay plus 11% for O&P (overhead and profit).
